The union of the Lambertini, Ernst & Partners S.A. real estate department with a group of about ten people coming from a Swiss leading company operating in the real estate administration, led to the constitution of the Lambertini, Ernst & Partners Gestioni Immobiliari S.A. in October 1999.
Institutional clients, banking institutes, welfare institutions' funds and private client entrust Lambertini, Ernst & Partners Gestioni Immobiliari S.A. with the administration of more than 200 buildings located all over the Canton Ticino for a total of about 5'500 managed objects.
